We sell only Natural Organic Unshelled Butternuts. You get the freshest-tasting Nuts when you crack them yourself.

Butternuts are related to Black Walnuts,
but they are very different in appearance and flavor.

The Shells are sharp enough to puncture skin.
The Nuts are great in Cookie Recipes.

They are difficult to grow in Pennsylvania;
the trees are plagued by diseases.
